The aging process. An unfair game. How to play and win it?

The aging process. An unfair game. How to play and win it?

SO, the truth is: we all start aging since the day we are born.

I know you are probably thinking: how is that even possible? and be aging?

As a Physician, with special interest in Lifestyle medicine, I cannot stop studying about how to improve your health, or how to slow the process of aging.

When I  trained in Dermatology back in London , during the physiopathology lab sessions I learned how our skin looked under the microscope and made me understand how we can help the skin look healthier with simple lifestyle changes, including diet.

Our diet is getting worse by the minute. We consume fast foods, pre prepared, canned stuff. It  is far away from the way the food was supposed to be eaten.

It is not a surprise that our health pays the bill , so does the skin.

Researchers have put a lot of time and effort into this subject and some of the latest evidence shows that a well balanced diet, including some special functional foods that contains Vitamin C , and E as an example, will improve your skin through their anti oxidant and anti inflammatory effects  and helping the collagen synthesis as a bonus.

If you want to know more about the special foods and how anti aging products are helping millions of people look yonger with a more firm and glowing skin check out my new course about the aging process of the skin and how to slow it down. I will post the link here next week.

Alternativelly you can check out my you tube chanel where I talk about health and all the above such as skin rejuvenation and the most popular treatments out there.

If you like this post share to your friends. Let me know what other topics would interest you and I will try my best to write about it soon.
